All of the naughty words in the world cannot describe how unfortunate it is that this woman is seen as an innovator in the fitness industry….. and makes probably 10xs what I do a year for coming up with this crap!
This is AWESOME advice for you ladies. Never lift anything heavier than 3 pounds.
