WOD was Nasty Girls v2. Coach said, “I want to you do 5 solid muscle up attempts.”

“But I’ve only gotten 2.”

“Well if you get 2 more today then you will have doubled your lifetime total.”

and how can you argue with math?

Tried the pistols, but my left patella was on fire. Switched to air squats.

To the rings! Grabbed on. False gripped it. Swung a couple of times. Kipped the shit out of it. Caught it really low, like really, really low. Shoulder screamed a silent protest.

Dropped of the rings and called it. Damn and blast!

Granted, I hadn’t stretched my shoulders which I cannot skip. Still sucks. Came home and hit the ice.
