That was so much tougher than I thought it would be
15, 10, 5 deadlifts
2 minute rest
as much time as needed between the sets of 15, 10, 5 deads. Pick your own weight. Suggestion was 65%-70% of 1RM.
Started with 255#. Got through 1 round and 15 reps. Had to drop the 15s and work with 225 from there on out. Then the rows. Rowing after deads is flat out nasty. The posterior chain (whatever that may be) was on FIRE!
90 deads was challenging.
