Cool down – do it or pay for it

Lot of work at the box yesterday. Lot of leg work (running, box jumps, dumbbell snatch). Had to get home to spring my wife for a Summer camp orientation. Didn’t cool down or roll out.

By 9 pm things were locking up. Left patella tendon is a 7 on the pain scale. Finally got a chance to roll it out around 11pm or so, but it further seized up overnight. My IT band and quads and all that area seized up, but the pain exhibits in the patella tendon.

I know better.

but I rarely listen to myself. Pain for no reason is pretty darn dumb.
