No. I am not going to do an ascending muscle snatch or hang power clean ladder.

Next time post the WOD beforehand instead of veiling it in some bullshit secrecy AND you personally asked me to show up.

I’ve never walked out of the box without trying to do something before, but there’s a first time for everything.
